Our strength lies in our positive approach with all of our office teams working in partnership and with a passion for the local areas we serve. Established in 1987, we have grown and evolved into a highly successful estate agency which also includes professional surveys and lettings. Mark’s background as an estate agent and Chartered Surveyor and Adam’s passion for residential sales and lettings have helped to build a company that is focused on achieving the highest results.
Our Ethos
Community is at the heart of what we do. We are so much more than just a property company. We are a local business that takes pride in all that we do. From sales to surveys, lettings to property management, we care about the communities where we live and work. We believe that no matter what your goal, we are here to help and provide a friendly, professional service whilst doing so. Our teams live locally and can share knowledge and expertise.
Our Teams
Since the beginning, we have built teams that are both approachable and friendly, with experience. Our newer staff are trained under a mentor and annual compliance training is done by all. Many of our staff are members of Propertymark or the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Everyone, no matter where based, is an integral part of our continued success, we believe this underpins our core values and is fundamental to our positive workplace culture.
